All fuel — whether originally sourced from Russia, Iran, India, or other partner countries — is consolidated at our main storage facility in Ukraine, drummed, and quality-tested before being moved into our pre-positioned local depots across all 15 EU delivery countries. These resupply runs operate via NATO-authorised transit corridors, crossing EU borders under military logistics permits without commercial customs delays. When a buyer places an order, it ships from the nearest local EU depot — not from Ukraine.

Ukraine's position on the EU's eastern border makes it the ideal hub: direct road access into Poland, Slovakia, Hungary and Romania — all within 24–48 hours of loading. Our Ukrainian depot holds the majority of our standing stock at any given time and is restocked continuously from our sourcing network.

Primary sourcing channel

Our primary sourcing partners are military institutions operating national military fuel reserve and surplus disposal programmes. These organisations hold large strategic stockpiles that are periodically released through authorised military procurement channels, providing us with certified, specification-grade product at below-spot prices.

All fuel released through these channels carries full military certification of origin, specification test reports (EN 590 / EN 228), and is accompanied by the relevant military export authorisations.

Beyond our primary military institutions, we source from military surplus disposal programmes — periodic releases of specification-grade fuel from active military stockpiles that exceed operational requirements. These releases are handled exclusively through authorised military procurement channels, not open markets.

Fuel loaded at military source terminals. EN 590 / EN 228 specification test at loading. Military certificate of origin and export authorisation issued. Bulk tanker transport to Ukraine.

2 — Ukraine Central Depot (consolidation + drumming)

All product consolidated at our Ukrainian depot regardless of source. Drummed into certified 208 L ADR steel drums on-site, independently re-tested to EN 590 / EN 228. Staged continuously for EU resupply runs.

3 — NATO Border Crossing (Ukraine → EU)

ADR resupply vehicles cross into the EU under NATO military transit permits — no commercial customs queues. Entry via Poland, Slovakia, Hungary or Romania. EMCS e-AD and T1 transit documents raised at entry point.

4 — Local EU Depots Restocked (continuous, not on-demand)

Stock delivered into our bonded depots in each of the 15 delivery countries — cities like Marseille, Berlin, Warsaw, Madrid, Stockholm. Depots are restocked continuously. Millions of litres of diesel and petrol are held in Europe at all times, ready for immediate dispatch.

5 — Buyer Places Order → Dispatched from Nearest Local Depot

The moment your 70% deposit clears, your order is picked from the nearest local EU depot and loaded onto an ADR vehicle. CMR waybill, EUR.1 certificate, and delivery note issued at loading. Delivered to your address — small orders within 3 days, large orders within 10–14 days. 30% balance collected on delivery.
